Refunds are not available once work has started or been delivered.

In rare cases, if the project hasn't begun, a refund may be offered — but only if requested within 12 hours of payment.

I only collect the info needed to communicate and complete your order — like your email or payment details.

Your data is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

This site may use basic analytics to track general activity (e.g., page views), but no personal data is stored.

By working with me, you agree to the following:

• All services are digital and non-refundable once started.
• Final files are sent via email, download link, or DM depending on the project.
• Full payment is required before I begin.
• Revisions are offered, but complete redesigns are not included unless agreed in advance.
• I reserve the right to decline projects that aren't a good fit.
• Unless otherwise stated, I retain full rights to the designs. You get a license to use them for your content.
• Unless we sign an NDA, I may showcase the final designs (and non-sensitive WIP) in my portfolio, social posts, and case studies. On request, I can delay posting until your video goes live.
• Projects requested with less than the standard turnaround time may incur an additional rush fee. The amount will be confirmed before work begins.
• Editable/source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included in the standard delivery. They can be purchased separately if required.
• Once the final files are delivered (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PSD), I cannot make further changes to the thumbnails. Any new edits will be treated as a separate project.
• Using my service means you agree to these terms.
